Return Policy
In the hope that you will be pleased with your new carving we will also try to accommodate concerns or requests for return. You must contact Dan within 48 hours of receiving the package in order to make a return. You will need to return the carving with the same packaging and with all care given to the protection of the carving/product. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event that the carving/product is damaged due to the original shipping, we require that you contact Dan within 48 hours, photograph the packaging and carving/product and assist us in returning the carving/product for repair, replacement or refund with the shipping being described above.
SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, shipping is free on all USA orders. International orders may incur an additional cost. Contact Dan if you have a rushed or international order.
